International yoga Divas.
Antrashtriy yog Divas har sal 21 June ko manaya jata hai. Yog manushya v nirogi banata hai.
Yog karne se manushya nirogi aur swasth rahata hai tatha roj yog karne se sabhi log active rahte hain aur aajkal adhiktar log yog karte Hain chahe park mein ya FIR Apne gharon mein.
21 June ko yog ke abhyas ke roop mein sharirik aur mansik Shakti ko badhava dene ke liye pure Vishva mein Manch ke roop mein kam karta hai.
Aajkal parkon mein society mein aur mandiron mein tatha अपने-अपने gharon mein सुबह-सुबह sab log Apne hisab se yoga karte Hain aur bimariyon se dur rahte hain.
Yoga Divas se ek Mahina pahle park mein yoga sikhana shuru kar dete hain aur kafi jagah per yoga ki class hai lagti hain Jo ki bilkul nishulk bhi karvate Hain.
Agar ham sab har roj yoga ko apna routine banate hain to ham Kai bimariyon se Bach sakte hain tatha nirogi rah sakte hain.
Patanjali ke yog Guru Baba Ramdev Ji ne aur unke Param shishya balkishan ji bahut mast mast yoga karvate Hain aur kafi log unko dekhkar Yuva karte Hain unke yoga mein har bimari ka ilaaj hai.
Yog mein Dhyan aur shwas Ko Shamil karne se vyakti ke mansik swasthya ko behtar banane mein madad milati hai tatha yoga se man Ko Shanti milati hai.

Yoga hamare Bharat Desh mein prachin kal se hai. 21 June yog Divas logon ko apni jadon se jodne ka avsar prapt karta hai.
Yog karne se sharir ko mansik Shanti milati hai.
Yog hamare sharir aur man Ko swasth rakhne ka Tarika hai. Yog mein halke vyayam Shamil hai yog hamare sharir ko lachila aur majbut banate hain taki ham bimariyon se dur rah sake.
Yog mein gehri sans Lene se hamen hamare sharir mein aaram milta hai tatha tanav kam hota hai aur nind acchi aati hai.
Aaj ke is Daur mein sabhi chhote bacche bade tatha bujurgon ko yoga karna chahie. Yoga karne se bimariyon se duri Bani rahti hai aur ham swasth rahte hain.
